Service Description

Click on the Green Repeat Prescription button, fill it in and click send. This enables you to upload your medications and send the form directly to your GP practice. You will need to give us your preferred Pharmacy details and we will send your completed repeat script to the pharmacy electronically. Download our Repeat Prescription Form here, print it out and complete it. Choose to return your form to us either by email, by post or drop it in to us. You may also pick up a Repeat Prescription Form from reception, complete it and drop it back to us. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you require your prescription script to be posted back to you. Please note this applies to private scripts only,
